Here's a little basketball news for ya, on a football-crazy Monday.

Remember last week, when we learned that Alabama hoops signee Tony Mitchell was not yet cleared by the NCAA Clearinghouse. And how he didn't enroll in classes with the other three signees. Well, now you no longer have to worry... if you were worrying.

According to UA basketball guru Becky Hopf, Mitchell enrolled in classes this morning, which apparently makes him eligible to play. So Mitchell joins Andrew Steele, JaMychal Green, and Anthony Brock as members of the 2007-08 signing class.

So that's a positive for the Crimson Tide basketball team....
